What we collect

Only what you type into a form: for example your name, phone number, email, area, and your answers. Applications for support may include photos or documents you choose to upload.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Your cart, saved items and language choice are stored only in your own browser.

How we use it

To reply to you, to review applications, to send newsletters you asked for, and to process and receipt contributions once they open. Nothing else.

Applications for support are seen only by the Jibika team members who review them. Phone numbers and documents are never published.

If you are selected, anything published about your business (a first name, a photo, your story) is published only with your written consent.

Who else handles it

We use service providers to run the site, such as website hosting and, once contributions open, a payment gateway. They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.

Card and mobile wallet details are entered on the payment gateway's page. Jibika never sees or stores them.

How long we keep it

Messages and volunteer applications: up to two years. Support applications: up to three years, or longer for people we support, as part of the project record. Contribution records: as long as the law requires for accounts. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in every email. Use the Contact page and mention your reference number if you have one.
