The story
The two owners already know the trade: they have run a small street-food stall for years. What they lacked was a cart they could keep clean, safe equipment, and a few months of breathing room.
Jibika provides the cart, equipment, training and marketing. The owners keep everything they earn for the first three months and run the business under their own trade licence. After that, they can keep using the Jibika cart for a small monthly fee, or go fully independent.
